Varg Vikernes, la mente di Burzum, ha annunciato che il prossimo album si intitolerà “Umskiptar” (Metamorphoses) e uscirà in maggio su Byelobog Productions. L’album è stato registrato a settebre presso il Grieghallen Studio di Bergen. I testi sono stati ispirati dal poema nordico “Völuspá”.
