I pionieri del goth CHRISTIAN DEATH annunciano la parte finale della loro serie in quattro parti “The Dark Age Renaissance Collection”
“The Dark Age Renaissance Collection, Part 1, The Renaissance” esce il 10 dicembre e combina quattro dei primi dischi della band, dischi che hanno definito un genere.
Questo speciale set mette assieme i classici “Catastrophe Ballet” (1984), “Ashes” (1985), “Atrocities” (1986) e “The Scriptures” (1987).
“The Dark Age Renaissance Collection, Part 2, The Age Of Innocence Lost” esce invece il 5 novembre e combina quattro dischi del periodo intermedio con Valor Kand come front man: il successo commerciale “Sex and Drugs and Jesus Christ” (1988)
due November 5, 2021, combines four of their middle-period recordings that marked the rebirth of the band as fronted by Valor Kand. This special set pulls together their 1988 commercial break-through “Sex and Drugs and Jesus Christ”, “All the Love All the Hate Part 1” e “All the Love and Part 2 – All the Hate” (entrambi del 1989), e la versione completa dell’album “The Wind Kissed Pictures” (1988).
Precedentemente la band ha svelato le limited edition di “The Dark Age Renaissance”, CD collections for Parti 3 e 4!
“The Dark Age Renaissance Collection Part 3: The Age Of Decadence” contiene 4 cd in jewel case con registrazioni e demo del periodo intermedio; “Insanus, Ultio, Proditio, Misericordiaque” (1990), “Sexy Death God” (1994), “Prophecies” (1996), e “Pornographic Messiah” (1998). In uscita dopodomani, 8 ottobre, sempre via Season of Mist!
“The Dark Age Renaissance Collection Part 4: The New Dark Age” combina i tre dischi più recenti: their three most recenti: “Born Again Anti Christian” (2000), “American Inquisition” (2007), e “The Root Of All Evilution” (2015). Questa edizione è uscita lo scorso 3 settembre.
Inoltre la band ripubblicherà il 19 novembre l’EP del 1985 “The Wind Kissed Pictures”, ormai fuori stampa da tempo ed ora per la prima volta in vinile.
