Lo spettacolo è la testimonianza integrale dello show che i Death SS hanno tenuto in veste di headliner al Metalitalia.com Festival il 10 settembre 2017 per celebrare il loro quarantesimo anno di carriera. Nella stessa occasione è stato festeggiato anche un altro traguardo: il venticinquennale dell’uscita del cult-album “Heavy Demons”, disco al quale è stata dedicata l’ultima parte della scaletta.
